Tours You can Take on your Own at Home

Versailles Palace

With Google Street view, you can walk through the upper rooms of the palace in the comfort of your own home. Of course I advise you to go and experience it for real, but if you want to see it and familiarize yourself before you go, feel free to "virtually" walk and look around - without people, the palace all to yourself!

Take the Tour

The Grand Canyon, Arizona

This is a trail, a very long trail! Can you imagine doing this on foot for real, the ups and down the sun or the rain... well, I would do it! But here you go, a Google Street View - just follow the signs and you will not be lost (wink, wink)

Hike the Trail

3D - The Louvre and Surroundings

Feel like it's not enough to walk through the streets? Hover over the Louvre and the surrounding areas, basically the downtown Paris.

Fly over the Louvre

Pompeii Ruins

Walk among the ruins of Ancient Pompeii. Experience and feel how it must be like to live in this ancient city. At the tips of your fingers you can walk or fly over this marvelous place.

A Peek Through the Holy City

The Vatican City. You can't  walk inside it but you can follow the route around it. There are however 360 views you can click and lets you experience a full on view of the inside of Saint Peter's Basilica.

Google Map Wunderland

This is not a real place but I love this miniature place. Explore the magic of the world's largest model Exhibit!

Shrink Yourself!

Kohala Coast, Hawaii

WALK BAREFOOT!

Pagani Automobili

The ONLY reason why I included this here is because I am a big Pagani Sports cars fan! You may not heard of it, but who cares? Look it up...

Jump inside the Car

Bran Castle

The Wallachian ruler Vlad Țepeș (Vlad the Impaler; 1448–1476) does not seem to have had a significant role in the history of the fortress, although he passed several times through the Bran Gorge. Bran Castle belonged to the Hungarian Kings but due to the failure of King Vladislas II (r. 1471–1516) to repay loans, the city of Brașov regained possession of the fortress in 1533. -- Wikipedia
